Cancellation Policy: We are happy to transfer you to another class at no charge if you need to reschedule 10+ days prior to the start of your class. If you reschedule or cancel within 10 days of the class, you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee for scuba classes and $20 rescheduling fee for snorkeling classes. This fee ensures that the instructor is still paid.
If you need to cancel after class begins, the refunds will be prorated based on time spent here in class.
No Show: If you are a NO SHOW and haven’t contacted us prior to your class to reschedule, you will be charged a no-show fee based on the class type.
- Discover Scuba, Snorkel, DPV: $35
- Confined Water: $50
- Specialties at the facility: $50
- Any Open Water sessions at the quarry: $75
Snow Emergencies: In the event of a level 2 or 3 snow emergency in Franklin County, all classes will be cancelled. If you are traveling from a county with a level 2 or 3 snow emergency, any rescheduling fee will be waived. Classes will be held as scheduled under a level 1 snow emergency.
Refund Policy: We understand things change and promise to work with you where we can. Full refunds for classes are available for 90 days after purchase so long as the refund is requested 10 days prior to the start of class and the online learning was not initiated. If the class was started and not completed, we will review those refund requests on a case by case basis. For all other refund requests, here is our policy:
- 91-180 days after purchase: you can choose from a store credit of 100% of the purchase or a 50% refund
- Post 180 days (i.e. 6 months) after purchase: store credit of 50% of the purchase
- Post 1 year after purchase: no refund
