Open Water Diver Certification Dives

The last step in completing your SDI Open Water Certification. Your open water dives will take place over 2 days and will consist of at least 4 dives at a local quarry. When you sign up for this class an email will be sent to you with specific instructions on this portion of the course. Beginning December 1st, 2025 the cost of the certification dives are included in the course. To schedule your certification dives you can call into the shop or add the desired date to your cart and use the coupon code to bring the cost to zero. The coupon code is included in the email you received after signing up for the confined water portion. Do not hesitate to call in with questions. The coupon is only valid for students that have taken the confined water portion with AAO. 

Open water season to finalize your certification in Ohio runs May through October. During the months of November through April, you can join us for a trip to a tropical destination or we can provide a referral for you to complete your certification on your own trip.
