The Open Water course is designed to teach the skills necessary to safely conduct open water dives. Successful completion of this course results in scuba certification. Students learn about buoyancy, proper weighting, marine conservation, equipment assembly and maintenance, and proper dive planning. While learning the basic equipment, physiology, and environmental information, students train to use these new skills underwater. This course is the key to start exploring dive destinations around the world.
