Miscellaneous Classes

You must bring proof of certification with you to class.

SDI's Scuba Refresher Course is designed for divers who have been out of the water for an extended period or feel the need to refresh their skills and knowledge. The course covers essential diving theory, equipment setup and maintenance, and practical diving skills. Divers will have the opportunity to practice buoyancy control, mask clearing, and emergency procedures in a controlled environment with an experienced instructor. By taking the Scuba Refresher Course, divers can ensure they are confident and competent in their diving abilities, reduce the risk of accidents or mishaps, and have a more enjoyable and stress-free diving experience.

The Scuba Refresher course lasts for approximately 3-3.5 hours, including a classroom review and a pool dive. Make sure to bring your certification card with you and your personal gear (Mask, Snorkel, and Fins). Tank and weight is included in the cost of the class. Rental for BCD, regulator and computer is a separate fee - 50% off a one day rental.

Please note we will be training at several different confined water locations around Central Ohio starting in December 2023, so please be sure to check out the location listed for each class.
